• Train and onboard admins on the employer's product, workflows, and best practices
• Provide end‑to‑end support for your account portfolio, handling requests and ensuring timely resolution
• Manage complex conversations with admins, addressing objections and operational topics with clarity
• Anticipate risks and prevent blockers that may impact admins
• Contribute to improving processes, playbooks, and team priorities based on admin insights

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Previous experience in B2B customer‑facing roles, such as Customer Success or teaching
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated ownership and autonomy in work responsibilities
• Ability to navigate complex topics and environments with ease

• Experience in sales‑facing roles, such as Account Executive or Sales
• Familiarity with the Belgian healthcare system (not mandatory as training is provided)
• Strong client‑facing posture with effective communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping others and solving member challenges
• Experience with technology and digital tools
