Remote Product Designer

This position is posted on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer who will play a crucial part in creating user-centered digital solutions from concept to execution. Your expertise in UX research and UI design will allow you to craft visually engaging and functional products, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive designs that enhance user experience.

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wire framing to prototyping and high‑fidelity design.
• Design seamless user experiences across web and enterprise platforms.
• Define and apply design system standards and reusable components to ensure consistency and usability.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify user needs, validate assumptions, and iterate based on feedback.
• Create user flows, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product design processes, usability testing practices, and accessibility standards.
• Ensure that design solutions align with the organization’s strategic goals and technical constraints.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong experience in UX research methodologies and UI design execution.
• Experience designing for complex digital products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design work with measurable business impact.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale in English.
