Job Title: People Soft HCM Business Analyst

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• experience as a Business Analyst on People Soft HCM implementation or upgrade projects.
• experience with People Soft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor modules.
• experience identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents for business stakeholders and SMEs.
• experience conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
• experience performing handson endtoend system integration and external interface testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams Visio).

• experience working with public sector organizations (Federal State or Local Government).
• experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
• experience with People Soft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor.
• experience with People Soft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• experience with SharePoint.
• experience with Jira.
• experience working within the Scrum framework.

• Conduct comprehensive requirement analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to document complex system requirements.
• Facilitate and lead requirement review meetings to ensure alignment with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications business processes test scenarios and test scripts.
• Perform handson testing of systems including endtoend system integration and external interface testing.
• Support multiple test cycles and resolve issues during testing phases.
• Provide training materials and assist with enduser training sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams using online collaboration tools in a remote work environment.
• Estimate workload set deadlines and communicate progress effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
