• Define and develop company-wide strategy for digital transformation across various business units
• Collaborate with marketing and business units to enhance the digital customer experience
• Oversee the creation and execution of impactful digital solutions
• Drive UX/UI strategy in partnership with stakeholders to support the buyer journey
• Communicate digital strategy and initiatives to the company and Executive Committee

• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital strategy, marketing, or product management
• Proven end-to-end experience in shipping apps or websites
• Familiarity with website/product lifecycle development from ideation to execution
• Strong ability to manage and collaborate with technical teams
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to product design

• Advanced experience managing UX/UI teams and tools, including wire framing and prototyping
• Ability to conduct user interviews and cultivate key relationships across the organization
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling
