Overview
The Environment Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and overall health of our Epic ecosystem. This position manages both production and non-production Epic environments, oversees build migrations through Data Courier, and maintains well-governed, high-quality content that supports safe and efficient clinical and operational workflows.
In this role, you will manage Epic EHR environments—including production, test, training, and lower environments—while coordinating build moves and release activities to keep systems aligned and functioning smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with application analysts, technical teams, and operational leaders to support upgrades, introduce new functionality, and drive ongoing optimization across the organization. Your expertise helps ensure that clinicians and staff have the stable, high-performing tools they need to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities- Manage Epic EHR environments (production, test, training, and lower environments) and coordinate build moves and release activities to maintain alignment and system stability.
- Collaborate with application analysts, technical teams, and operational leaders to support upgrades, introduce new functionality, and drive ongoing optimization of workflows.
- Ensure clinicians and staff have access to stable, high-performing tools that support safe and efficient clinical and operational workflows.
Salary offers are determined based on qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $128,500 - $298,100 annually. The budgeted salary or hourly range is approximately between the 25th percentile and below the midpoint.
Remote work eligibility:
This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement within the state of California. The selected candidate must reside within California or be willing to relocate.
This is a flex-hybrid role which will require you to be onsite as required by operational need. There are no reimbursements for travel to the candidate''s home office location. Each employee must complete a Flex Work Agreement with their manager outlining arrangement parameters and jointly understanding expectations. Arrangements are regularly evaluated and are subject to termination.
