Foxtrot is seeking a senior leader to serve as the strategic technical anchor for our U.S. Government (USG) portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on the vision, execution, and growth of our federal business.

You will sit at the core of our deployment success, overseeing the full lifecycle of our most critical government projects—from initial mission scoping to high-level technical execution and long-term delivery wrap-up.

In this role, you will be the primary technical connector between engineering teams, client stakeholders, and partners. You are not just managing projects—you are shaping how Foxtrot delivers value to the USG. You will translate complex mission requirements into actionable technical plans, mentor delivery teams, and ensure every engagement meets the rigorous standards required for national security and federal operations.

• Guide senior teams and federal customers through the full project lifecycle with a strong bias toward action and mission clarity
• Partner directly with the Chief Technology Officer to translate long-term technical vision into mission-ready federal deployments, ensuring alignment with Palantir’s product evolution
• Serve as the lead connector across Foxtrot, Palantir, and USG organizations to ensure seamless delivery, identify cross-project dependencies, and surface strategic risks
• Evolve Foxtrot’s delivery methodologies and technical rituals, in collaboration with the CTO, to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes across the USG portfolio
• Act as a trusted advisor to government executives and Palantir leadership, anticipating mission needs and nurturing long-term strategic relationships
• Collaborate with Foxtrot leadership, recruiting, and business development teams to shape staffing decisions and long-term operational strategy for the USG practice
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment where engineers feel supported and company values are reinforced through daily technical excellence
• Partner with CSOs and Sales teams to drive contract expansions and extensions through consistent delivery and identification of new mission use cases

• 6+ years of experience in technical delivery, consulting, or operations leadership within the U.S. Government or federal space
• Extensive experience at Palantir, specifically within the USG business unit, with a deep understanding of Foundry and the broader Palantir ecosystem from a delivery perspective
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or equivalent senior role managing cross-functional teams and high-stakes federal deployments
• Active U.S. Department of Defense security clearance
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both deeply technical engineers and senior government executives
• D.C. area preferred; remote applicants within the United States are welcome
