Senior Cloud Systems Analyst
Contract Length:12-18 months
Location:Telework – must currently reside in Texas

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Systems Analyst to provide a secure cloud infrastructure for our reputable client. This role involves understanding business objectives, identifying solutions, and performing detailed cost/benefit analyses to enhance our client’s computer systems and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate can be located anywhere within the state of Texas with the ability to telework.

Qualifications:

• At least 10+ years in monitoring AWS services and improving reliability
• At least 10+ years in supporting AWS IaaS and PaaS services
• Previous experience enhancing security based on a zero trust model
• Strong background in Linux administration and troubleshooting network issues
• AWS Sys Ops Administrator Certification is highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Business & System Analysis:Understand business needs, identify solutions, perform cost/benefit analyses, and document user requirements.
• Cloud Operations:Oversee the platform, ensuring automated provisioning, management, scalability, and security.
• Compliance & Security:Ensure cloud solutions adhere to security and compliance standards and resolve application and security issues.
• Platform Maintenance:Monitor and maintain multiple environments, develop tools to improve cloud deployments, and support the internal platform managing cloud infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Collaboration:Work with technical teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues and monitor system capacity.
