Job Description About the job Key responsibilities- A. Word Press Development (Core)
- Build, edit, and maintain Word Press websites using Elementor, Gutenberg, and custom templates.
- Install and configure themes, plugins, and essential integrations.
- Create responsive, mobile‑friendly layouts for landing pages and full websites.
- Optimize pages for speed, SEO, and user experience.
- Manage hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, backups, and staging setups.
- B. AI‑Assisted Website Creation
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Midjourney, and AI‑based Word Press plugins to:
- Generate content drafts
- Improve layouts
- Create image assets
- Speed up the page‑building workflow
- Experiment with new AI design/development tools to boost efficiency.
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Midjourney, and AI‑based Word Press plugins to:
- C. Technical Fixes & Optimisation
- Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, layout issues, CSS fixes, and general Word Press errors.
- Improve site performance: caching, compression, CDN setup, database cleanup.
- Implement SEO basics: metadata, schema plugins, alt tags, internal linking.
- D. Website Launch & Maintenance
- Prepare websites for client handover (menus, forms, tracking, mobile optimisation).
- Perform regular updates, security checks, and QA testing.
- Maintain project documentation and task lists.
- E. Collaboration & Project Support
- Work closely with the founder on design direction and functionality planning.
- Assist in creating landing pages for US clients (pet care, wellness, boutiques, local services).
- Join weekly review calls (IST timezone).
- Manage revisions and implement design feedback promptly.
