What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Onboard and manage customers to ensure effective use of UpGuard to meet their goals
  • Provide resources such as success plans and customer‑specific training sessions
  • Engage customers early and frequently to drive continued engagement
  • Translate customer requirements to offer tailored solutions based on risk management frameworks
  • Monitor customer health and proactively educate them when necessary to maximize value
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management
  • Located within the US Eastern or Central time zones
  • Professional to native fluency in Spanish and English
  • Highly organized with the ability to update documentation and document new processes
  • Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Customer Success tools, such as Churn Zero or Gain Sight
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Hub Spot or Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices
  • Basic/working knowledge of APIs
  • Experience conducting training sessions
