• Analyze and monitor IT systems, networks, and security protocols to ensure optimal performance and protection.
• Conduct system audits and risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending solutions.
• Support company-wide IT initiatives from software rollouts to cloud migration projects.
• Collaborate with IT Technicians and other stakeholders to implement improvements and streamline workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across hardware, software, cloud, and network environments.
• Generate reports and insights for leadership on system performance, security threats, and technology upgrades.
• Stay ahead of emerging IT trends, tools, and risks to keep Heritage at the forefront of innovation.

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Analyst, IT Support Specialist, Systems Analyst, or related role.
• Strong understanding of network administration, cybersecurity principles, cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), and endpoint management.
• Skilled at diagnosing and resolving technical issues methodically and efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills capable of translating technical insights into actionable information for both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Highly organized and self‑motivated in a remote work setting.
• Bonus points for certifications like CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Fundamentals, or similar.
