Position: Associate Manager, Media & Paid Strategy (Remote opportunity)

Grow your career as Media & Paid Strategy Associate Manager within ALG Vacations. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing ALG Vacations’ paid and emerging media strategies. This role applies analytical insight and strategic judgment to enhance media performance, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and measurable growth across digital platforms. This role blends creative campaign management with performance analytics, collaborating closely with the Emerging Media team to refine strategy, test content, and identify new opportunities for innovation.

Ideal for a social-savvy, data-minded marketer, this position plays a key part in advancing ALG Vacations’ digital presence.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop and refine paid and emerging social media strategies that support brand, revenue, and engagement goals. (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align paid efforts with broader brand and B2B marketing objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROl and engagement.
  • Proficient in budget management, media planning, and audience segmentation across emerging media channels.
  • Stay current on social platform trends, new ad formats, and emerging tools to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to test ad creative, messaging, and placements to maximize performance.
  • Support organic social strategy through analytics, trend monitoring, and content recommendations.
  • Develop best practices, playbooks, and reporting frameworks for paid and emerging media initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, journalism, business) or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or analytics roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Social media knowledge required.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in various media platforms and software.
  • Analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Experience in marketing and paid media.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Domestic and International travel as requested (5-10%).
