A mission-driven organization is in search of a User Experience Researcher / Designer to lead UX research efforts and create user-centered designs. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in UX research and design tools like Figma and Adobe XD, as well as knowledge of usability principles and WCAG standards. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with the ability to obtain federal clearance.

This is a remote contract-to-hire position offering competitive hourly pay and a full benefits package.
