- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- 2 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing electronic security systems, specifically access control, badging credential technology, identity, and Privileged Access Management.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with deploying and managing high-security electronic security systems across global locations.
- Experience leading and managing multiple security systems projects with resources and priorities.
- Familiarity with current and emerging electronic security technology in the areas of cloud-based platforms, AI/ML applications, and high-assurance authentication.

In this role, you will sustain the electronic security and safety systems in our fast-growing data center fleet as an innovative and organized Technical Program Manager. You will drive the integration of security technologies and lead global programs to update and manage systems to meet strict security and compliance requirements. You will utilize organizational and planning skills to ensure our fleet is operating at peak performance, leveraging data to maximize value in protecting users and people.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 plus bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
