Position: Technical Account Manager - Remote / Telecommute

Job Description

  • The Technical Account Manager (UiPath) is responsible for driving technical success and long-term value realization for customers leveraging the UiPath automation platform.
  • This role serves as a core member of the account team, providing embedded technical advisory, infrastructure guidance, and automation best practices to ensure successful adoption and program maturity.
  • The ideal candidate will proactively engage with customers, influence technical strategy, and support automation initiatives from planning through optimization.
Requirements and Must Have
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Strong experience with UiPath or other intelligent automation platforms.
  • Solid background in programming such as C#, C++, VB, Java, Python, or Power Shell.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux server infrastructure.
  • Experience with Linux systems administration;
    Kubernetes knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, troubleshooting, and security.
  • SaaS and Cloud technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a core technical member of the customer account team.
  • Drive technical work streams that support automation adoption strategies and deliver measurable business value.
  • Provide infrastructure planning, installation, upgrade support, and troubleshooting for the UiPath platform.
  • Guide customers on automation best practices tailored to their environments and program objectives.
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to platform standards and best practices.
  • Perform technical health checks of automation programs to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Support and subject matter experts to manage and resolve escalated support issues.
  • Deliver technical webinars, demonstrations, and advisory sessions to customers.
  • Influence customer technical maturity and roadmap planning for automation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in technical support or consulting roles.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
  • Experience managing automation programs in enterprise environments.
Skills
  • Strong technical advisory and customer engagement skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of automation platforms and infrastructure architecture.
Qualification And Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent professional experience in technical account management or automation consulting will be considered.
