A cybersecurity solution provider is seeking a Support Engineer, Tier 3, who will resolve complex technical issues and provide technical leadership within the support organization. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, addressing customer escalations, and developing solutions to enhance product stability and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of advanced support experience in PKI or cybersecurity technologies and a strong understanding of cloud platforms and containerization.
