YOUR TASKS

* Administrating SCCM and Managed Workplace support

* Preparing installation / configuration scripts (Power Shell, App Deployment Toolkit )

* Performing quality assurance test of prepared software packages

* Performing software packaging to ensure proper updates on workstations

* Troubleshooting software installation and functionality issues

YOUR PROFILE

* Several years of experience with SCCM

* Patching experience for MS Windows for workstations (Laptops)

* Experience with MSI transformation tools (Install Shield, Instead, Orca)

* Understanding of SCCM architecture:
Site hierarchies (CAS, primary/secondary sites), roles (management point, distribution point, software update point)

* SQL Server:
Installation, maintenance, and performance tuning, as SCCM relies heavily on SQL

* Network and security concepts: TCP/IP, firewall rules, ports for SCCM communication, TLS/HTTPS configuration

* Proficiency in Power Shell or other scripting language

* Client Health Monitoring:
Monitoring of SCCM clients and error analysis

* General experience with Windows Operating Systems configuration

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to have:

* Creation and configuration of MSIX / App-V packages

* Creation of new MSI installers or software re-packaging

* Deployment of prepared software packages using SCCM or Intune
