• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated recurring visualization reports that support operational and performance statistics
• Communicate tangible recommendations to increase sales or improve other business goals
• Validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure consistency across reporting outputs
• Document report logic, metric definitions, and data lineage to support transparency and reuse
• Work under minimal supervision in a team environment, occasionally under time pressure

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1‑2 years of experience as a data or reporting analyst, with experience working with large datasets from multiple source systems
• Proficiency in data and BI tools, including Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

• Experience in a fast‑paced call center or sales environment
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams to support shared objectives
• Experience with remote work setups and managing distractions effectively
