• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated recurring visualization reports that support operational and performance statistics
• Communicate actionable recommendations to increase sales or improve business goals
• Validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure consistency across reporting outputs
• Document report logic, metric definitions, and data lineage to support transparency and reuse
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment under time pressure while managing multiple tasks

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience as a data or reporting analyst, with experience working with large datasets from multiple source systems
• Proficiency in data and BI tools, including Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to work
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Team player who collaborates effectively to support shared objectives
• Comfortable working in a high-volume role
