Remote OCCC Reporting Analyst

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated recurring visualization reports to support operational and performance statistics

• Validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure consistency across reporting outputs
• Document report logic, metric definitions, and data lineage to support transparency and reuse
• Collaborate effectively across departments including sales, customer service, and technology partners

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience as a data or reporting analyst, with experience working with large datasets from multiple source systems
• Proficiency in data and BI tools including Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

• Comfortable working in a high-volume role
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to ownership of work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams to support shared objectives
• Experience with basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
