• Coordinate with AV integrators and contractors to facilitate installation and testing of technology systems
• Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and project submittals to ensure compliance with contract documents
• Conduct site visits to verify compliance with construction documents and specifications
• Develop and execute audiovisual system test plans and manage validation testing
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and lessons learned

• 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience managing AV/IT projects
• Four-year degree in a relevant technical field (BSEE)
• AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification, CTS-I preferred
• Demonstrated experience in construction-phase technology consulting and documentation
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools

• Experience overseeing AV integrators and managing punch lists during project execution
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in audiovisual and structured cabling installations
• Comfort operating in client-facing environments, with a professional and hospitality-forward mindset
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and technical training
