Ecommerce Technical Lead

• Corporate IT Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for corporate IT. You will manage project timelines, ensure security compliance, and navigate the technical requirements of a multi-brand corporate environment.
• Performance Strategy & Execution: You don't wait for a ticket to fix speed. You will proactively audit Core Web Vitals and site performance across all three brands, implementing optimizations that directly improve conversion rates.
• Technical SEO Leadership: Partner with marketing to lead the technical SEO roadmap. You will manage schema markup, site architecture, and indexation strategies to ensure our brands dominate organic search.
• Multi-Brand Architecture: Manage the technical nuances of three distinct brands. You will identify opportunities for shared codebases and app efficiencies while maintaining the unique "vibe" and functionality of each storefront.
• Project Management: Move projects from ideation to deployment. You will be responsible for vetting third‑party apps, managing API integrations (ERP/CRM), and ensuring a frictionless checkout experience.

• Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business goals into technical requirements. You should be able to show how your technical choices have previously increased ROI or site speed.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience working with (or within) both an eCommerce/DTC and a corporate IT structure. You understand how to communicate technical needs to non‑technical partners.
• Portfolio Management: Experience managing multiple Shopify instances or high‑volume Plus stores is a major plus.
