Zebra Professional Services team has a great new opportunity for a Technical Solutions Consultant Level 2 to join our diverse Global Core Team. This role will involve travel to customer sites across EMEA as well as required attendance to our Bourne End office in the UK, and opportunity to work from a home office.

In this exciting role with Zebra Professional Services, you will be responsible for the Systems Integration Project lifecycle, from initial analysis and design to final implementation and handover into Business as Usual. You will craft and present technical solutions to clients, create essential project documentation, and act as the key technical escalation point for our Partners, Channel & Field Engineers working on large-scale solution deployments.

Due to nature of some projects, a Security Clearance and UK Gov DBS Check will be required which will be funded by Zebra Technologies.

• Pre‑Sales: Support in Level of Effort (LOE) & P&L creation, contributing into contracts/Scope of Work (SOW), reviewing with our internal Legal team ready for signature.
• Design & Development: Design and build robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions between various enterprise systems within the project scope/contract and deliverables.
• Implementation: Manage the deployment and configuration of our core integration platforms. Analyzing complex system and application design problems to determine the best approach for meeting customer requirements, whether through innovative new solutions or the strategic re‑use of existing components. Play a vital part in our continuous improvement process by supporting and identifying necessary change requests.
• Collaboration: You will be a critical link between our internal teams and field operations. You will work closely with project managers, Product Owners, Business Unit, software developers, and business analysts to gather requirements and ensure that our solutions perfectly align with customer and business goals. Furthermore, you will provide essential technical support to our Field Engineers, assisting them with the successful integration of Zebra Core Services at customer sites.
• Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and performance of integrated systems.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve integration/implementation issues in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all integration processes and systems, Documenting and presenting to clients on technical solutions/designs.

• 2-4 years of experience in a system integration or a similar role.
• Proven experience with integration platforms and protocols (e.g. JSON, XML, Power Shell).
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Android Operating Systems.
• Basic software development and networking knowledge.
• Experience with in a client facing role is a must.
• Excellent communications skills, ability to deal with external clients.
• Ability to work on complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel across EMEA and flexibility required as and when project needs.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of RFID and Ultra‑Wide‑Band (UWB).
