This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Technician. The position is located in Buffalo, NY, with some flexibility for remote work. The technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, resolving IT-related issues, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting with client training. Daily tasks may include configuring hardware and software, maintaining IT systems, and supporting end-users to ensure operational efficiency.

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve IT issues effectively.
• Proficiency in Information Technology, including hardware, software, and systems management.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to ensure a positive experience for clients and end-users.
• Experience in Training users on IT systems and tools is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications, are advantageous.
