Qualifications

Previous

Work Experience:

* 5-7 years of business experience

* Minimum of 3 years of Management Consulting experience with a leading firm

* Minimum of 2 years of Federal experience across Federal sectors preferred

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in STEM field/Economics/Mathematics/Business from top-tier university

* Master's degree in STEM field/MBA (preferred)

Security Clearance:

* Abilty to attain security clearance required

* Existing security clearance preferred

Expertise:

* Extremely strong, hands-on expertise in MS Office Suite-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project required

* Understand end-to-end data architecture with leading solutions including Azure, AWS, Google, Informatica, Databricks, Cloudera, Snowflake, etc.

* Foundational background and prior experience in Data Strategy, Data Engineering and Data Governance, including relevant Data Governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Azure Purview)

* Knowledge of AI tools and foundational AI concepts including RAG, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning Models

* Experience in technical writing and scoping technical engagements including writing RFP/RFI and White Papers

* Experience in report designing & visualization tools such as Power

BI, AWS Quick Sight, Tableau, etc. preferred

* Strong problem solving, multitasking, organization and time management skills required

* Expertise in analyzing and reporting on complex data and experience with various data and analytics solutions required

* Background in Gov Cloud, Public Cloud, FedRAMP requirements, and application migration preferred

Teamwork/Communication

Skills:

* Ability to work with remote, cross-functional teams with diverse points of view

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Exceptional client communication skills, both written and oral

Location/Travel:

* Remote job with preferred locations: NYC, DC, Dallas

* Up to 50% travel

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $90,000.00 to $ annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.

Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
