Position: Technical Customer Care Specialist I (Dealer track)
Location: Town of Vermont

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide technical customer support via phone, email, chat, and other communication methods
  • Resolve routine customer inquiries related to product usage and application issues
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of business processes and procedures
  • Accurately log customer information in the CRM tool and ensure effective communication with other departments
  • Follow up with customers to keep them informed about the status of their issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Generally less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve business goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with CRM case logging or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with interaction distribution systems, such as Genesys Pure Cloud
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated dependability and reliability in previous roles
