Planning Coordinator; Remote

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused
Destination Experience Coordinator
to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will assist clients by researching options, organizing logistics, and coordinating details to ensure a seamless, well-managed planning experience from initial inquiry through final confirmation.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys helping others bring their travel ideas to life, and takes pride in delivering a smooth, stress-free client experience within a structured and supportive environment.

• Connect with clients to understand their preferences, priorities, and travel goals
• Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client needs
• Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and key planning details
• Provide timely updates and clear communication throughout the process
• Maintain accurate records using established systems and internal tools
• Ensure all details are reviewed for accuracy and completeness

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while following structured systems
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Customer service, coordination, or planning experience (preferred, not required)
• Comfortable using digital platforms and online research tools
