• Develop and maintain product expertise and a thorough understanding of client workflows
• Onboard and train new clients through remote and onsite delivery, analyzing scheduling requirements and configuring software
• Utilize analytical and troubleshooting skills to support clients regarding configuration issues and provide corrective advice
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and maximize the value of their investment
• Serve as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for end-user needs

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a software implementation role
• Strong analytic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations and drive process changes
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction

• Experience with SQL or other relational databases
