You Are:
You are a seasoned AMS and Application Support Services Practice Leader who drives revenue growth, strengthens market competitiveness, and advances practice maturity. Acting as a key member of the Business Applications senior leadership team, you serve as the strategic interface between UST clients, delivery teams, and the broader practice-providing thought leadership, defining methodologies, and incubating innovative solutions and service offerings.
The Opportunity:- Serve as the practice's services SME-shaping competitive positioning, strengthening capabilities, and representing UST in client, partner, and analyst interactions.
- Define and govern methodologies, workflows, best practices, and Continuous Improvement/Self-Funded Transformation (SFT) frameworks across the AMS portfolio.
- Build and enhance Go-To-Market solutions, monetizing UST's intellectual property and creating compelling sales and marketing assets.
- Support sales pursuits through solution selling, feasibility assessments, technical qualification, proposal writing, and sales presentation support.
- Incubate new offerings, innovate service models, and lead the adoption of modern development technologies and AMS delivery methodologies.
- Oversee Communities of Practice and CoE functions; develop organizational competencies across tools, technologies, and AMS best practices.
- Guide managers and senior technical staff, strengthening delivery excellence, supportability, maintainability, and transformation readiness for client environments.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships across the solution ecosystem.
- Drive UST's SFT brand presence through analyst discussions, webinars, and external thought leadership.
- At least 15 years in the outsourcing industry with deep technical and operational expertise; 10+ years specifically in Support Services.
- Proven leader with extensive experience managing high-performing teams of senior consultants and SMEs.
- Recognized thought leader in Application Support Services across SaaS and legacy applications.
- Deep background in delivery and engagement management, including global support models, global delivery, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communicator with excellent facilitation, change management, and executive-level influencing capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development, identify and qualify new opportunities, and manage end-to-end presales to post-sales transitions.
- Excels in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with evolving structures, priorities, and processes.
- High personal integrity, adaptability, and strong executive presence with credibility across Clevel and VP-level stakeholders in IT and business.
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation: $187,000-$281,000
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
