You translate a law firm’s business goals into a concrete roadmap. You ask questions to understand their pain points, and offer solutions within the scope of work, and then see it through. You are the bridge between a Managing Partner’s (our client) vision and our digital team’s execution.

Job Title: Account Manager (Digital Operations & Client Growth)

Location: Remote-First. While this is a work-from-home position, we are specifically looking for candidates in the San Diego, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas areas to facilitate occasional in-person team syncs and local networking.

You are the primary contact between our legal clients and our internal digital marketing team.

You don't just sign a contract and close a deal. You translate a law firm’s business goals into a concrete roadmap. You ask questions to understand their pain points, offer solutions within the scope of work, and then see it through.

You are the bridge between a Managing Partner’s (our client's) vision and our digital team’s execution. You are the "glue" that keeps our team scaling.

You are the “get it done” type. Regardless of your experience, if you are the one who got things done on your own, you are the type of person we want on the bus.

Whether that has been at an agency or other previous position, this is a skillset you proudly demonstrate

What You’ll Actually Do
  • Draft and negotiate Statements of Work that solve our clients' problems, protect agency profitability, and align with our production team's actual capabilities. We prefer to under promise and overdeliver.
  • Identify what information or assets (e.g., attorney bios, case results, tracking numbers) are missing from the client to prevent "start-stop" friction once the project moves on to the team.
  • You understand how to identify the "pain points" in a law firm’s intake or lead-gen process and proactively offer (or require) a solution.
  • You are the primary point of contact. You don't just "check email." You monitor client communication and performance daily to identify shifts, hidden pain points, or emerging opportunities before they become issues.
  • When a client asks a question, you provide the answer yourself using your familiarity and functional understanding of SEO and Web Development, only escalating to Directors when high-level strategic pivots are required. If you don’t know something, that’s fine; ask and be open to learning.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities rooted in actual client performance data. If it looks like a good idea to you, it’s likely a good idea for the client. Go ask, the worst they will say is “no.”
  • Translate complex digital marketing data (PPC, SEO, Paid Social) into actionable business insights for clients. Did their $30K investment in video production create an increase in business? They need to know that. Did the client sign up for an AI receptionist, and are calls dropping? They need to know that. Your job is to protect the client’s interest.
  • Lead the Sales-to-Service transition. You are responsible for delivering comprehensive discovery data that ensures the digital marketing team is set up for success from Day 1.
  • You must take complex attorney feedback and turn it into disciplined, scoped tasks that our creative and technical teams can execute without ambiguity.
