Service Developer​/Dashboard Lead

Aretum is seeking a skilled Service Now Developer to support stakeholders by leading Service Now development, dashboard creation, portfolio governance reporting, and migration efforts (including Jira to Service Now), while integrating data across tools and managing IT service workflows.

Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.

• Provide development capabilities to support Service Now organizational milestones, dashboards, and processes
• Migrate project instance from Jira to Service Now
• Creates and maintains Executive, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Internal Milestone dashboards
• Creates/maintains portfolio governance reporting and processes
• Generate reports for review and planning events
• Manages the upload and updates process of activities and milestones in Service Now
• Integrate reporting data with other tools/system
• Develops and maintains backlog of solutions prioritized by the client and develops workflows within Service Now
• Oversee business management planning, integration, and execution of service IT and customer workflows for all customer segments identified through governance materials and frameworks into the Service Now application
• Develop, review, and align Service Now documentation (playbooks, internal and external user guides, testing materials, etc.) with Service Now processes to ensure usability and understanding for all customer segments
• Manage continuous improvement (testing) of service processes within the Service Now application regularly

• BS and 7‑10 years’ experience in a relevant field such as Business Management, Communications, Organizational Management, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.
• Background as a Service Now Developer developing and maintaining workflows
• Generating reports out of a Service Now platform
• Manages the upload and updates process of activities and milestones in Service Now
• DHS Suitability/preferably with CISA

• Familiarity with Jira with the ability to take data from a Jira instance and port to a Service Now platform
• Comfort level working with dashboarding tools in applications like Power BI/​Tableau and placement of dashboard information in a SharePoint setting

This is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions. Travel is expected to be less than 10% and will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
