- Manage a multi-service outsourcing portfolio including CCaaS, automation, mailroom, and data centers
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for targeted healthcare segments
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of large, multi-year managed services deals
- Engage with senior executives to influence buying decisions and lead contract negotiations
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, consistently meeting revenue targets
- 7+ years of experience selling outsourcing or managed services within healthcare or adjacent regulated industries
- Proven track record of closing $5M–$50M+ multi-tower deals
- Deep familiarity with call center operations, automation, and infrastructure outsourcing
- Strong executive presence with C-suite presentation experience
- Must be willing to travel 75% of the time and live near a major airport
- Experience selling to health plans, PBMs, TPAs, or provider organizations
- Familiarity with RPA, OCR, NLP, or cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC2, and HITRUST standards
