Help Desk / IT Support Specialist (Remote Opportunities)
Location: Remote – U.S. Based Candidates
Belle Lynn Sourcing is currently connecting with experienced Help Desk and IT Support professionals across the United States for remote opportunities supporting a growing technology and service organization.
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have experience providing technical support in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving problems while delivering excellent customer service.
Typical Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 technical support to internal users or external customers
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications
- Manage and resolve support tickets using help desk platforms such as Service Now, Zendesk, or Jira
- Document solutions and maintain accurate service records
- 1–5+ years of Help Desk or IT Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, VPN access, and basic networking
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
