· A higher education Information Technology Services (ITS) organization seeks a Service Now Architect and Development Manager to lead the architecture, design, development, and optimization of the institution’s Service Now platform. This is a hands‐on leadership position focused on scalable solutions, operational excellence, and technical team leadership.
· Lead overall Service Now architecture, data models, workflows, integrations, and scalable platform solutions.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
· Extensive experience with Service Now architecture, development, and platform management
· Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and large-scale technical initiatives
· Experience in higher education, enterprise environments, or ITSM‐focused organizations
