Technology Operations Analyst

Technology Operations Analyst provides front-line support for all Tier 3 IT support, including system monitoring and troubleshooting of IT incidents and requests. Analysts follow established processes and procedures from training plans, knowledge base articles and organizational documentation. The analyst provides customer service to staff on IT related issues, communicates in an accurate and effective manner, and escalates major incidents to senior and lead analysts for guidance when needed.

As an IT generalist and problem solver across all technologies, the analyst cross‑trains with others to prevent single‑threaded support gaps in an ever‑evolving technology landscape, providing support and analysis of LANs, software, hardware, phone systems, faxing and paging systems, user training and support, knowledge article creation, and new technology project deployments.

This is an onsite role at the main campus in Kansas City. Day shift: four 10‑hour shifts, Monday‑Friday with weekend rotations.

At Children's Mercy, we are committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcomed within our walls. A successful candidate for this position will join us as we strive to create a workplace that reflects the community we serve, as well as our core values of kindness, curiosity, inclusion, teamwork and integrity.

We are transparent with all potential job candidates. Because we value the safety of patients and families and staff, the seasonal influenza vaccine is a condition of employment for all employees. New employees must be willing to be vaccinated if non‑immune to MMR and chickenpox, and have evidence of Tdap vaccination since 2005. If you are selected, you will be asked to supply immunization records.

If you have concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical or religious exemptions can be discussed with Human Resources.
