A leading technology company is seeking a Field Technical Support Specialist who will primarily work remotely but must also be comfortable working on-site in Salt Lake City from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, TS/SCI clearance, and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, supporting hardware, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A+ and Security+ certifications are preferred.

Competitive salary range from $71,500 to $164,400 based on experience and skills.
