- Identify trends and recurring issues, recommending improvements to enhance service quality
- Deliver reliable IT support that minimizes downtime and enhances productivity
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT customer support role
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in ticket resolution and escalation
- Analytical skills for identifying and resolving recurring issues
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
