• Lead the design and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions
• Oversee integration of Amazon Connect with other AWS services
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS services

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development and cloud computing
• Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), particularly Amazon Connect
• Proven experience in leading technical projects and teams
• AWS certification is required

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Java Script
• Knowledge of API security mechanisms like OAuth, SAML, JWT
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
