A technology service firm is seeking an Experienced Tier 2 IT Engineer to join their client's IT team in Cincinnati. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining computer systems, and providing both remote and onsite support. A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT engineering and excellent problem-solving abilities are required. Compensation can go up to $70K annually, with health benefits and generous PTO offered.
