The job profile for this position is QA & Testing Senior Manager, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc.

Responsibilities
- * Participate in planning and requirement meetings with business to understand the evolving business needs, functional and non- functional requirements.
* Perform gap analysis considering current system behavior, estimate user stories and participate in sprint planning meetings using JIRA tool.
* Schedule handoff demonstrations for every new feature and functionality.
* In the absence of product owner, keep the team moving forward as a proxy product owner.
* Mock Test data as needed using tools like SOAP UI/CA Dev Test.
* Work with both onsite (Scrum Master, Product, QA, and Developers) and offshore QA team members in properly defining testable scenarios based on requirements/acceptance criteria.
* Help to define test data criteria and partner with Data team to obtain the data.
* Make use of different cloud-based tools like Browser Stack & Sauce Labs.
* Design automated scripts at each component level using Cucumber Behavioral Driven Development Approach.
* Design and develop scripts to run automated tests to ensure consistency and repeatability and accelerate delivery Selenium/Cypress tool for the Angular based web applications of Cigna.
* Prepare Complex Queries in Oracle & DB2 Databases to mine/identify required test data.
* Automate SOAP based web services using GROOVY scripts integrated with SOAP UI & Restful web services using Rest Assured tool.
* Ensure UI/UX standards are being met with the GALEN framework.
* Validate the transactions that happen from UI to Database (Oracle, Mongo

DB) by automating the connecting layer with different tools like Compass & Toad for Oracle.
* Create and maintain source code of applications using Gitlab/Github.
* Maintain automated scripts and code in GITLAB and maintain the source code in Mono Repo/Cigna Nx.
* Evaluate subordinates annually, identifying improvement opportunities & providing healthy feedback as needed.
* Hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications-Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, as well as 5 years of IT experience (or a Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and 3 years of IT experience).Must have experience with: JIRA tool; SOAP UI; CA Dev Test; GROOVY scripts integrated with SOAP UI and Restful web services;
Preparing Complex SQL queries using database tools Including DB visualizer in Oracle; API Testing Using Postman;
Rest Assured tool;
Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment process using build tools including Maven and Jenkins;
Test management tools including Zephyr, Rally, and Jira Align; GALEN framework;
Selenium; and Cypress.  If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10
