Agile Transformation Coach - REMOTE

Insight Global is partnering with a leading defense client's Enterprise division to drive their agile transformation. We are seeking 1-2 senior Agile Coach's to play a critical role in advancing their enterprise Agile transformation. These individuals will partner closely with leadership, product, technology, and delivery teams to baseline Agile maturity, establish consistent ways of working, and drive measurable improvements in speed, customer satisfaction, and delivery outcomes.
This is a true Agile coaching role focused on transformation, operating models, and change adoption - not a hands-on delivery or reporting position. The Agile Coach will help shape and support the newly formed Agile Transformation Office, working across multiple sub-teams to evolve how work is intake-driven, planned, executed, and measured. This person must be familiar with building Power

BI dashboards for strong decision making, as well as jira and confluence.

Compensation: $65-75/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery environments, with significant experience as an Agile Coach or Transformation Lead
- Proven success leading enterprise or multi-team Agile transformations, not just team-level coaching
- Experience building Power

BI Dashboards with proven decision making abilities
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and the ability to apply them pragmatically
- Experience coaching leaders, product owners, scrum masters, and delivery teams
- Demonstrated ability to link Agile practices to measurable outcomes and business value
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in enterprise environments
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience working in large, regulated, or complex environments (e.g., defense, government, or similarly structured organizations)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with SAP-aligned delivery environments or large program ecosystems
- Prior work in organizations undergoing transformation following M&A or enterprise consolidation
- Background working with consulting partners in long-term transformation engagements
