Analytics & Operations Customer Success Internship - Summer

• Use AI tools to extract key contract details and help build a reporting database for renewal dates and major terms
• Support the integration of systems and processes from recently merged Customer Success teams by documenting workflows
• Improve data quality and assist with fixing underperforming integrations
• Analyze customer sentiment by summarizing insights from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate across multiple time zones in a remote work environment

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Informatics, Customer Operations, or Marketing
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Familiarity with AI and large language model tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot)
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Exposure to Python or other scripting languages
• Interest in data analysis, business systems, or process improvement
