- Automate, maintain, and enhance the Facets Booklet System (FBS) to support customer booklets and certificates
- Design, code, test, and debug BPL programs for functionality updates within the FBS
- Perform system analysis and translate Case Installation Tool (CIT) variables into FBS variables
- Review and implement state and federal legislation and regulatory text for compliance
- Provide technical support and training guidance to cross-functional partners regarding FBS functionality
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in computer science or technology preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of technical and product knowledge experience
- Minimum of 3 years of case installation, contract analysis, and state legislation exposure
- Strong attention to detail for complex project assessments and precise technical coding
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat; MS Access knowledge preferred
- 1+ year of technical experience related to Facets, BPL, CRISP, and Linux
- Knowledge of booklet production using FBS
- Basic knowledge of UNIX navigation and command line execution
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
