We are currently seeking a Guidewire Lead Developer - Remote US Position to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide status updates.
• Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business needs.

• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design functional and technical solutions aligned with client objectives.

• Review and optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate solutions with existing systems.
• Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

• Lead small to medium project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Mentor developers, providing guidance and support.
• Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Drive project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Recommend innovative solutions and process optimizations.

• 5+ years Strong knowledge of Policy Center configuration and integration.
• Experience with Policy Center data model and workflows.
• Proficiency in GOSU programming language.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Studio and configuration tools.

• Knowledge of SOAP/REST web services for Guidewire integrations.
• Experience with messaging, batch processes, and plugins.

• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).

• Solid understanding of Java for custom development.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud or containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Git, Jenkins, and automated build/deployment pipelines.

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
