- Serve as a strategic analytics partner to support the Talent Center of Excellence by delivering workforce insights and analytics
- Collaborate with senior leaders to translate business priorities into analytics use cases and metrics
- Manage expectations and communicate progress while delivering complex analytical findings in a clear manner
- Own end-to-end insight delivery, including validating requirements and deploying solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to embed insights into leadership reviews and decision-making processes
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or HR Technology, with HR data experience required
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and understanding of data warehousing and reporting technologies (e.g., Snowflake, SQL)
- Ability to understand business context and use cases for different types of HR data
- Proven ability to manage complex senior-level stakeholder relationships
- Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
- Experience in consulting, analytics, finance, or HR roles across various domains such as Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
- Familiarity with statistics, analytical methodologies, and enterprise-grade data architecture
- Prior experience in end-user design or user experience for analytics products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
