• Assist clients in configuring the employer's products and resolving technical issues
• Troubleshoot complex search issues related to Lucene/Solr technology
• Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for customer use
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer value through additional products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve critical issues

• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with search technologies such as Apache Lucene/Solr
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a customer-facing level 2-3 tech support role
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux systems and experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS, etc.)

• Experience with technical support CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
• Proficiency with Java and one or more common scripting languages (Python, Perl, Ruby, etc.)
• Exposure to other open-source projects related to search technologies
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts
