• Define and evolve low-touch engagement strategies for customer success
• Build and scale technical programs such as webinars and adoption campaigns
• Design scalable workflows for renewals and churn risk detection
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence renewal and expansion strategies
• Serve as a technical resource and guidance for customers when needed

• 5+ years of experience in building systems and programs or in a technical customer-facing role
• Demonstrated ability to influence renewal, retention, or expansion metrics
• Strong systems thinking and automation mindset
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
• Ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences, including live webinars

• Prior experience in building or owning scaled programs related to customer success or technical education
• Experience managing distributed or near-shore teams
• Familiarity with automation tools and workflows
• Experience creating technical content for external audiences
• dbt experience or dbt certification
