• Provide high-quality support for operational service delivery and/or new feature development for a high-availability software system
• Triage and troubleshoot helpdesk case escalations and inquiries, ensuring accurate responses to client inquiries about system behavior and capabilities
• Manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) process for 2-3 clients under supervision of a senior tech project manager
• Track UAT feedback and create detailed Jira tickets to capture issues and necessary steps for resolution
• Draft detailed deployment plans and provide deployment support as a verifier

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Exceptional data-based skills and demonstrated aptitude to learn basic SQL
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented nature
• Familiarity with software such as Jira, Confluence, Team City, Git, Bitbucket, and Octopus
• Some experience with the software development lifecycle and general project management methods

• Master’s degree in progress
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment with a strong attitude towards collaboration
• Proven problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced settings
