• Present and lead courses focused on SIEM and Log Aggregation technologies, as well as endpoint security and cloud security
• Conduct web-meeting-based course delivery and occasional on-site training sessions
• Collaborate with curriculum developers to design impactful training programs for customers and partners
• Serve as a subject matter expert to promote educational services to clients and employees
• Contribute to the development of instructional materials and provide feedback to learners

• Experience with one or more SIEM/SOAR products (e.g., Splunk, Exabeam, Log Rhythm)
• Proven experience in delivering technical training to diverse audiences
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel occasionally

• Experience developing and conducting technical training on SIEM and/or log aggregation products
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related fields
• Subject Matter Expertise in cloud security, identity protection, or incident response
• Programming/scripting experience in Python, Power Shell, or BASH
