• Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver new technology solutions for practice customers in value-based care
• Partner with business owners to define project goals and articulate shared visions for problem spaces
• Optimize live user workflows and monitor key metrics and user feedback for ongoing improvements
• Write detailed user stories for new features, focusing on business rationale and measurable outcomes
• Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps that maximize value with minimal risk

• 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or a SaaS product
• Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch, including 0-1 pilots
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with healthcare technology products and related workflows
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on problem-solving

• Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design
• Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and integration protocols
• Understanding of clinical quality measurement and corresponding data sets
• Knowledge of SQL, ideally with Postgre
