- 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or a SaaS product
- Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch, including 0-1 pilots
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with healthcare technology products and related workflows
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on problem-solving
- Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design
- Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and integration protocols
- Understanding of clinical quality measurement and corresponding data sets
- Knowledge of SQL, ideally with Postgre
