• Manage the design, development, and implementation of systems to protect sensitive data

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Strong project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in analyzing and resolving technical issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Crowd Strike DP and Microsoft Pur View DLP
• Familiarity with change management policies and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive team environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare-related information security role
• Knowledge of Cincinnati Children's computer-based systems
